CHALLENGE

As a largely corporate brand, the breadth of the Majid Al Futtaim estate was little known to customers. They wanted to get more customers spending across their full range and deliver on their purpose of great moments for everyone, every day.

APPROACH

In 2018, we co-architected 'SHARE', which allows members to earn and redeem across the ecosystem, whilst also sharing points and experiences with loved ones.

The programme was born from the insight that moments that matter most, are those spent with those we love. Since launch we've worked on loyalty strategy, programme design, branding, marketing, lifecycle management and performance analysis, most recently introducing tiers.

RESULTS

SHARE has amassed over 3 million members collectively spending billions of Dirhams across Majid Al Futtaim. Engagement has led to a significant business impact, with a strong uplift in customer spend after joining SHARE and a notable increase in cross brand purchase.
